Concordia Design is launching mastermind groups for male and female leaders who want to grow through real dialogue, not just theory. Each group revolves around a specific leadership challenge - one that makes a real difference in effectiveness, energy and style today.
WE'RE GOING ON 19.09!
Mastermind is a regular, moderated online meeting of 5 male and female leaders from different organizations and a facilitator, so as to ensure a diversity of industries and backgrounds, but to ensure a common level of awareness and experience. This provides participants with a safe, peer-to-peer atmosphere and a truly valuable exchange.
For whom?
Mastermind are meetings that are directed to female leaders who:
ARE WILLING TO SPEAK FRANKLY ABOUT THEIR ROLE AND DECISIONS
HAVE EXPERIENCE AND AWARENESS, BUT DO NOT WANT TO BE "ALONE AT THE TOP"
WANT TO ACT, BUT ALSO WANT TO STOP AND THINK DEEPER
WANT TO DEVELOP THEMSELVES AS A LEADER, WITHOUT THE PARTICIPATION OF THE ORGANIZATION

Opening round - what has happened since the last meeting.

Work on goals - each participant formulates a six-month goal and micro-goals.

How does Mastermind work?
Meetings every 3 weeks for 6 months, or 9 meetings, including one contracting meeting
Meetings are held online
Intimate group: 5 participants + facilitator
Each meeting lasts 2 hours and 15 minutes
We work on realistic goals and challenges
Each person has a space about him or herself - no judging, no pressure, with attention and questions
In our study "Taboos of Polish leadership," we revealed that many leaders face difficult emotions, insecurities and performance pressures in solitude, yet feel there is no space to talk about it openly. Instead of admitting doubt, we often feign certainty. Instead of asking - we manufacture solutions. Instead of seeking support - we get shut down by the feeling that "others are doing better." Mastermind is our answer to this state of affairs. It's a place to take off the mask, admit uncertainty and find strength in thinking together.
