What are the current trends?
What are the current trends?

What is the blog for and what do we write about?

Can we design the future? What are the current trends? What do we devote our minds and free time to? We ask these and many other questions, as…

We open the boxes

Can we design the future? Why was it possible to foresee scandinavization? What are other current trends? What do we devote our minds and free time to? What does our surrounding say about us? We ask these and other questions to be up-to-date with the changes occurring in the current world in a rush. We want to keep up the pace, understand the changes and respond to them effectively. We also want to consciously select the paths we decide to follow. That is why we look into all those paths leading to different and sometimes unobvious directions. We open different boxes in our heads!

How did Picasso put it?

We treat the knowledge gained as inspiration. Any new thought and any new perspective is a good stimulator. It stimulates not only to deeper thinking, but also to acting, not only at work, but also in everyday life. As Picasso put it: “Inspiration exists but it has to find you working.” That is why we talk to people who already have experience in turning experience into reality. They work with passion, making porcelain, pursue trends on scooters, teach about interiors, lecture about fabrics or… fabricate stories. They design, travel, study culture, technology, social life or business. They had the courage to choose their own path and act. They think freely. They produce both wow effects and everyday, functional solutions.

The centre of inspiration

We benefit from variety. Every meeting with a new person who has their own approach and scope of expertise means planting the seeds of curiosity. We have been discussing creativity, trends, innovations, global and local socio-cultural changes and their real-life applications, i.e. new technologies, marketing, communication and management, for a long time. After all, these are the tools and knowledge indispensable for designing and design thinking we represent. These provide for essential context. We obviously put the inspiration in the centre of everything we do. And we do want to speak, talk, write and share it.

That is why we have our blog. We want to put inspiration in the centre – of your attention! ;)
