Elizabet Khmellier

Elizabet Khmellier is a graduate of the Design Lyceum of Kherson, Ukraine. She also graduated from the School of Form with a specialization in Domestic Design and was a participant in the Erasmus+ program with a specialization in Product Design at the Listaháskóli Islands University in Iceland. Her work was presented at the Łódź Design Festival in 2019/2020, and her thesis was given to the archives of the museum in Miedzyrzecz as an important part of the history of Greater Poland in matters of preserving the heritage of natural dyeing with regional plants. Also this work was presented at Gdynia Design Days in 2022. Elizabet has expertise in product design and visual communication. She is a hobbyist in natural dyeing and 3D visualization design. She is a fan of dye plants and textile material science.

Maria Kurasz

Marta Megger

As a Gallup talent coach and trainer, she specializes in developing individuals and teams based on their strengths, supports building diverse teams and inclusive workplaces, and helps unleash creativity and create innovation by moderating Design Thinking and Creativity+Thinking processes. Krzysztof Peliński

Specialist in furniture construction and technology, materials engineering, wood and wood-based products, 3D modeling in CAx systems. He has worked with the R&D departments of Vox Furniture and TRE Design. Graduate of doctoral studies in the Department of Furniture, Faculty of Wood Technology, Poznań University of Life Sciences.

At Lab150, I manage the work of designers and technologists within the design and prototyping department. I am responsible for working directly with the client, advising and supervising the ongoing process from conception to the successive creation of a prototype, to further research and market implementation.

In his spare time, he organizes bicycle tours and travels around Poland and southern Europe. He derives great satisfaction from cooking and exploring flavors, especially Mediterranean cuisine.

Jakub Snochowski

Trainer of effective improvisation in business, actor, director, playwright, theater educator.

He has worked with Andrzej Wajda, Jerzy Skolimowski, Krzysztof Krauze, Jerzy Stuhr, Jan Klata, Mariusz Treliński, among others. He has trained BZ WBK, PKO S.A., PKO BP, Santander Bank Poland, PZU, PKN Orlen, Enea, ZUS, Volkswagen Poland, Ikea, Orange, Play, Profim and many others.

For more than a dozen years he has been fascinated by efficiency in improvisation. His way of working is a resultant of his experience from the borderline of art and business. He proves the usefulness of artistic tools in managing a team, crisis, self, supports the ideation process. Effective improvisation also strengthens the skills of presentation, self-presentation, cooperation, improves communication, works well during a sudden change, helps to recover from a crisis.

Its trainings are available in short TEDx-type formats, through workshops of a few hours, to art events, a format designed for larger groups. Some formats are available online.

Agata Waligorska

In many roles she has worked in distributed structures, so she shares proven methods of hybrid work. She has gained experience in large multinational corporations and Polish family businesses (in the roles of sales network manager, HRBP, trainer, team manager) and by running her own companies. She knows and understands business - both from the side of systems, processes, structures, to the specifics of various industries: retail, pharma, logistics, FMCG, marketing. In addition, he overlays the perspective of the organization's culture. She loves various tools, and is the author of the developmental relationship-building card, Jupitajnia. In her work, she uses coaching methods, creative techniques, Creativity+Thinking methodology and coaching and leadership competencies, constantly seeking and designing new ones. Monika Wietrzynska

Project Manager with several years of experience. Prior to joining the Concordia Design team, she managed projects at the Poznań International Fair and was a Brand Manager at SWPS University's School of Form.

At Concordia Design, he coordinates a two-year incubation program for 20 companies in the Greater Poland region and conducts workshops on marketing strategies.

He is also responsible for the implementation of the development program for employees of Pekao SA bank under the Talents Up!

She describes herself as a do-it-yourselfer - she likes to have a plan, appreciates order, and loves ticking off completed tasks from her list. She is interested in the language of communication, sociology of design and trends in inclusive design.

She holds a degree in sociology from Adam Mickiewicz University and a postgraduate degree in Public Relations from Birkbeck University in London.
