The integration lasts for several days, during which the teams are invited on small expeditions - each of these micro-expeditions is organized at a different time of day, each with a different intensity. Dinner played is a unique event that combines exquisite gastronomy with an intense social simulation, providing unforgettable experiences and priceless lessons. During the PLAYED DINNER, actors, playing the role of restaurant staff, act out a variety of leadership styles, social attitudes or specific interpersonal behaviors. From the authoritarian manager, to the passive-aggressive co-worker, to the inspirational leader, participants experience "first-hand" the real impact of these attitudes on the atmosphere, group dynamics and communication effectiveness.
During the event, teams will be divided into several teams. Each of them will be given one key task: to make their own unique video! This is not only great fun, but above all a powerful tool for developing key team competencies in an unusual environment.
