FRIS® and Gallup survey
Understanding each team member's individual styles of thinking, acting and unique talents is the foundation for building engaged, effective and innovative teams. Concordia Consulting offers two advanced diagnostic tools - FRIS® and CliftonStrengths® (Gallup) - that will allow you to strategically manage your human resources and achieve measurable business benefits. Learn the differences and choose the tool that meets your organization's needs.
FRIS® is a tool for identifying four cognitive perspectives (Facts, Relationships, Ideas, Structures) and their associated thinking and acting styles: Competitor, Partner, Visionary and Researcher. By understanding these perspectives, you can significantly increase self-awareness and effectiveness, both individually and as a team.
With the FRIS® study, you will gain:
Increased self-awareness:
You will structure knowledge of your strengths and areas for development, and discover how your behavior is perceived by others.
Optimizing efficiency:
You will learn to use your natural aptitude at work, which will translate into better results and greater satisfaction.
Improve team communication:
You will understand the way others work, which will make it easier to communicate effectively and solve challenges in the team.
Building diverse teams:
FRIS® supports the creation of synergistic teams that execute projects more effectively.
-
Individual: for managers and executives, team members and professionals.
-
Team-based: for new teams, teams undergoing transformation, or working on a new project/business challenge.
Taking the test: trainers provide instructions, and each participant receives an individual link to the online test.
Workshop meeting: During the workshop you get to know your individual score and the score of the whole team. We deepen our knowledge of thinking styles and create individual "instruction manuals" for each team member, and after the workshop you receive a report with recommendations for teamwork.
The CliftonStrengths® survey, commonly known as the Gallup test, is a leading tool for identifying and developing dominant talents and strengths. It is based on the premise that developing what we do best is the key to professional success, a sense of fulfillment and increased engagement.
How the CliftonStrenghts® study works:
Individual Development:
It identifies your TOP 5 talents and your entire talent DNA, pointing out areas where you naturally excel and can achieve mastery.
Building commitment:
Strengths-based development naturally increases employee motivation and satisfaction.
Increase team effectiveness:
It increases mutual understanding and empathy within the team, defines collective superpowers and supports the creation of more effective communication models.
Support for leaders:
It enables conscious planning of employee development taking into account their unique aptitudes.

2 CliftonStrengths® Survey: Access to an online test activating an extensive report with a description of dominant talents and suggestions for development activities.
3 Individual Consultation: A recommended online consultation with a certified Gallup coach to help you gain a thorough understanding of your talents and their application.
4 Team Workshop: A two-part workshop where participants learn about themselves through the lens of talents, analyze the team's talent grid, and create a talent characterization of the group.

Wondering which tool will be most appropriate for your organization? Both FRIS® and Gallup are powerful instruments to support development, but they differ in perspective.
