Aleksandra Khrapko

Trainer and coach (ICF), lecturer at the "Agile Leadership" postgraduate program at SWPS University. Co-founder of the development platform for leaders "Agile Leadership Tribe". She supports leaders in transforming their leadership change to one based on agile philosophy and servant leadership values. She accompanies them in making changes in their professional areas, with a special focus on building valuable relationships with themselves and the people they work with. In her work she uses the approach of Transactional Analysis (AT) and Acceptance and Commitment Coaching (ACT). She is a certified FRIS® trainer.

When designing innovative solutions, products, experiences or education, she uses a variety of diagnostic and development tools tailored to the purpose of the processes and the team she works with. Among others, she has worked with Volkswagen Poznań, IKEA, Żabka, Microsoft, Interseroh, Vox Furniture, Vox Profile and many others.
Paulina Ignatowska - Zaremba

Service designer and facilitator of future scenario design.
At Concordia Design, he supports the design of the future by analyzing trends and signals of change. He teaches an agile design approach. She works on the basis of Human Centered Design (Service Design, Design Thinking and Creativity+Thinking). While working at Huge Thing Accelerator, she supported Polish and foreign technology startups to enter the Polish market. She believes that design can change our lives for the better, which is why she shares her knowledge by serving as Director of Relationships

Jacek Jokś

Trainer, coach certified at the highest Master (MCC) level by the International Coach Federation, coaching supervisor. Consultant, working with entrepreneurs, managers and HR departments of both start-ups and large organizations. Psychotherapist in training.
He gathered experience, among others, in an international automotive corporation, supporting managers and teams in change. In addition, he supported start-ups in their development. On a daily basis, he works with a number of corporations conducting primarily development processes for senior managers. Agnieszka Mróz

He has been involved in service design and qualitative research for 7 years. He designs new services, improves existing ones to meet current and future market needs. She uses service design approach to design online solutions, communication processes, sales, recruitment, adaptation, customer service, etc.
She has worked with more than 100 companies and institutions, organizations.
She has carried out projects for Play, the National Digital Archive, Metro Properties, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, and the Social Innovation Laboratory, among others.
He teaches postgraduate students at SWPS in the fields of Service Design, Innovation Management (Design Management) and Collegium DaVinci (Creative Management).

Joanna Nowak

Trainer, HR Expert, Executive and Team Coach, Organization Development Consultant.
Master's degree in psychology at SWPS with a specialization in clinical psychology. Certified Transactional Analyst and Process Communication Model® (PCM) practitioner.
On a daily basis, she supports organizations in building an organizational culture based on engagement and partnership. Develops social competencies
in managers and employees, focusing mainly on effective communication and giving and receiving feedback.

Catherine Nowotna

Experienced Project Manager. At Concordia Design, he manages service design and organizational culture processes in companies. Supports business in change using Creativity+Thinking method. Builds relationships and customer experiences. Service Design Enthusiast .
Together with experts, she carried out such projects as "Design of a new model of customer service in a bank outlet" for Millennium Bank and "DNA Innovation Laboratory" for Pekao S.A. Bank. Katarzyna Osior-Szot

Expert and trainer on simple language and effective, friendly communication. Popularizer of knowledge about Polish language. Graduate of linguistics doctoral studies at Warsaw University. She cooperates with the National Cultural Center as an expert in the "Ojczysty - dodaj do ulubionych" program.
She simplifies and improves communication, and teaches others to do so during training and workshops. As an expert of the Polish Language Foundation, she has worked with, among others: PKO Bank Polski, Alior Bank, mBank, mLeasing, Polsat Plus Group, TU Aegon, Insurance Guarantee Fund, PKP Intercity, National Tax Administration. She is the originator and coordinator of the Congress of Effective Communication, a nationwide conference on plain language, organized by the Polish Language Foundation since 2023.
Her second professional love is the development of volunteerism in Poland.

In research processes, she focuses on the needs and user experience by embedding them in current market and social trends.
He says that every study is about discovering new sources of human inspiration and the needs that guide us in making choices. He believes that the most interesting needs are the unconscious ones and those we don't talk about.

Jakub Snochowski

Trainer of effective improvisation in business, actor, director, playwright, theater educator.
He has worked with Andrzej Wajda, Jerzy Skolimowski, Krzysztof Krauze, Jerzy Stuhr, Jan Klata, Mariusz Treliński, among others. He has trained BZ WBK, PKO S.A., PKO BP, Santander Bank Poland, PZU, PKN Orlen, Enea, ZUS, Volkswagen Poland, Ikea, Orange, Play, Profim and many others.
For more than a dozen years he has been fascinated by efficiency in improvisation. His way of working is a resultant of his experience from the borderline of art and business. He proves the usefulness of artistic tools in managing a team, crisis, self, supports the ideation process. Effective improvisation also strengthens the skills of presentation, self-presentation, cooperation, improves communication, works well during a sudden change, helps to recover from a crisis.
Its trainings are available in short TEDx-type formats, through workshops of a few hours, to art events, a format designed for larger groups. Some formats are available online.
