While working at Huge Thing Accelerator, she supported Polish and foreign technology startups to enter the Polish market. Jacek Jokś

Elizabet Khmellier
Elizabet Khmellier is a graduate of the Design Lyceum of Kherson, Ukraine. She also graduated from the School of Form with a specialization in Domestic Design and was a participant in the Erasmus+ program with a specialization in Product Design at the Listaháskóli Islands University in Iceland. Her work was presented at the Łódź Design Festival in 2019/2020, and her thesis was given to the archives of the museum in Miedzyrzecz as an important part of the history of Greater Poland in matters of preserving the heritage of natural dyeing with regional plants. Also this work was presented at Gdynia Design Days in 2022. Elizabet has expertise in product design and visual communication. She is a hobbyist in natural dyeing and 3D visualization design. She is a fan of dye plants and textile material science.

Expert in project management and business development. She gained experience implementing international projects in European, US and Asian markets. She supports businesses in business development and implementation of new products in Polish and foreign markets. She has worked with brands such as Amazon, Facebook, Komputronik, Mitsubishi, Amica, Boiron, among others. Graduate of the International Executive MBA Poznań - Atlanta with AMBA accreditation. At Concordia Design, she is in charge of community management and commercialization of the Lab150 Research, Design and Prototyping Center. She is responsible for contact and cooperation with new companies and development of the sales department. Her greatest passions are mountains and exotic travel.

She uses service design approach to design online solutions, communication processes, sales, recruitment, adaptation, customer service, etc.
She has worked with more than 100 companies and institutions, organizations.
She has carried out projects for Play, the National Digital Archive, Metro Properties, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, and the Social Innovation Laboratory, among others.

He has worked with Andrzej Wajda, Jerzy Skolimowski, Krzysztof Krauze, Jerzy Stuhr, Jan Klata, Mariusz Treliński, among others. He has trained BZ WBK, PKO S.A., PKO BP, Santander Bank Poland, PZU, PKN Orlen, Enea, ZUS, Volkswagen Poland, Ikea, Orange, Play, Profim and many others.
For more than a dozen years he has been fascinated by efficiency in improvisation. His way of working is a resultant of his experience from the borderline of art and business. He proves the usefulness of artistic tools in managing a team, crisis, self, supports the ideation process. Effective improvisation also strengthens the skills of presentation, self-presentation, cooperation, improves communication, works well during a sudden change, helps to recover from a crisis.
Its trainings are available in short TEDx-type formats, through workshops of a few hours, to art events, a format designed for larger groups. Some formats are available online.
