WE DEFINE OBJECTIVES
together with you we define the objectives of the training and the expected results. We analyze the context and challenges that may arise during the implementation of the training and possible barriers.
WE CREATE A SOLUTION
Based on your needs, we develop a training plan taking into account the time, place, method of implementation and the experts involved. The whole process is supervised by a dedicated content supervisor. You receive from us a list of proposed experts involved in the process, along with their specialization and topics for which they will be responsible during the implementation of the training.
TRAINING IMPLEMENTATION
Training is provided both onsite and online. What is important to us is that whether we meet online or offline, we focus on modern forms of education. We teach through experience, fun and practical learning of topics.
ADDITIONAL ASPECTS
During our training sessions, you can therefore expect a variety of activities designed to accommodate the different needs of your employees, diversity in the ways they acquire knowledge, and different learning preferences.
POST-TRAINING MATERIALS
After the completion of each training, participants receive a report from us with materials discussed during the training, additional inspirations and tools worth implementing in the organization. In addition, our experts share their "diagnosis" of what other competencies/ topics would be worth deepening the work with the training group.
