The survey commonly referred to as the Gallup test (the official name is CliftonStrengths, formerly StrengthsFinder) is a tool for identifying talents and developing strengths. The strengths-based model of personal development is based on the premise that developing dominant talents is key to achieving professional and life success and a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
Gallup supports both individual and collective, team-based talent and strengths development, positively influencing motivation and engagement, as well as team integration.

How does it work?
Talent kick-off

Informational meeting introducing the CliftonStrengths® tool

+ giving instructions on how to prepare for the test.

CliftonStrengths® survey, or Gallup test

Access to the test activates an expanded version of the report, which includes a detailed description of the dominant 5 talents with suggestions for activities to support their further development, identifies the entire talent DNA (i.e., the order in which all talents appear), and also indicates the dominant talent group (known as the domain).

Individual consultation of the results

Our recommended online consultation, during which a certified Gallup talent and strengths coach will help you accurately define and understand your talents and strengths based on the CliftonStrengths® 34 Results report. By analyzing personalized descriptions of your talent TOP5, we will consider what_a thanks to each talent you are, what you love, what you hate, what you contribute

and what you need. We will also look at the talents of the second five, the entire talent DNA sequence and the dominant talent group.

Team workshops

The workshop consists of two parts; the first part is to learn additional tools to support the work of individual development of their talents and strengths, and to create their individual talent manual. During the second part of the workshop, participants will learn about themselves through the lens of talents and strengths, as well as analyze the team's talent grid and define collective superpowers, creating talent characteristics of the team as a whole.
