TRENDS FOR HR DEPARTMENTS:

Interested in HR strategy trends for 2023? Read the report from Gartner!

What skills and competencies should your employees develop today and in the future? What are the trends regarding the use of digital technologies? Take a look at the McLean&Company report.

The report from Indeed & Glassdoor's presents 5 trends that relate directly to the labor market, including, among others, remote work, which is no longer a necessity but a choice, the increasing prevalence of those employers who offer higher wages and benefits, the growing importance of diversity, equality and employee inclusion.

The report from Academy to Innovate HR presents as many as 11 HR trends for 2023. Some of them are already well known and still relevant (remote and hybrid work, the importance of well-being at work). Others stem from dynamic technological and social changes that have a strong impact on HR trends (the metaverse in HR, the growing role of algorithms, diversity, equity and inclusion).

The report from the HR Trends Institute presents both trends and their relevance to HR departments. It also shows possible examples of how to respond to a trend. Among the phenomena that are important in 2023 are mentioned: support for employees in an inflationary crisis, the return of unions or the importance of modern talent strategies.

The report from Insight222 focuses on humanizing the workplace, demonstrates the role of a skills-based organization, and also emphasizes the value of mental health, diversity, equality and inclusion.

If you want to get more into technological solutions and related trends, it's worth taking a peek at the MARTECH TRENDBOOK 2023 report. Is development really inevitable in an era of climate change, recession and global conflict? According to the authors of the report "A Tale of New Cities," not necessarily. The publication presents 12 trends for 2023 juxtaposed in pairs. It shows both the challenges and opportunities they bring with them for brands and businesses. In a time of tremendous uncertainty, the only guarantee of success in the market, according to experts, is creativity, excitement and cooperation.

social trends:

A broader perspective on social change in general can be found in the United Nations report. It mentions, among other things, aging populations, trends related to greater health care, rapidly growing demand for workers providing care for the elderly and sick, and intergenerational equality.

The Future Today Institute's reports are downloaded more than one million times a year. FTI's team tracks more than 700 technology and scientific trends that could impact every industry. The list of topics covered in the reports includes security, medicine, bioengineering, metaverse, robotics, education, among others.
