TASTE THE WINE - POLISH TASTING DINNER
Want to taste the best of Polish flavors? Join us for a unique DEGUSTING Dinner at Concordia Taste on November 24. The dinner will feature the premiere of a reportage (video & photo) and a presentation of works by artists who have created one-of-a-kind works on bottles. Items and photographs will be up for grabs during the charity auction.
On November 24 we will taste wine gems from 3 Polish wineries that we have invited to cooperate with us (Winnica Zodiak, Winnica Gostchorze and Winnica Aris). The selection of wines especially for this evening will be made by Jacek Kulza - an experienced sommelier and lover of Polish wine.
As Polish wines, so do Polish dishes. Concordia Taste will show how perfectly Polish dishes can be complemented by native wines from local vineyards. Adam Adamczak will prepare a special menu for the evening, where Polish flavors will reign supreme.
The dinner will feature the premiere of a report by Matthew Gzik (Zerka Studio). The prepared materials (video & photo) will present accounts of the wine harvest and the wine production process. The one-of-a-kind themed photographs will be auctioned off during a charity auction.
During the event it will also be possible to acquire unique wines in bottles signed with the artists' graphics. Proceeds from the auction will be donated to charity. Details of the auction will be announced soon.
