Gamification at corporate events is used very often. We know not from today that learning through entertainment is the most effective. That's why - in order to make a corporate event more than a meeting of employees outside the workplace - managers often opt for various types of organized team-building games.
We can find a lot of services on the market such as training games. At Concordia Design, however, we went one step further. We decided to introduce something that goes beyond, because we wouldn't be ourselves if we didn'tRE_define the concept of a training game! This is how the concept of #eduFUN was born, which means learning through entertainment, but...in a workshop and our own way.
How do we work?
Trainers and coaches at Concordia Design work in workshops. What does this mean? First of all, it means that we work with teams - it is in them that we see the potential, and the ideal situation is when these teams are diverse >> Wondering how to create diverse teams?
Yes, it is Kasia from Accounting in cooperation with Tom from IT and Malvina from Marketing who can create a revolutionary idea for the organization. And why? Because everyone has a different perspective and different experiences. But...back to the creative integration game - the above-mentioned people rarely interact with each other on a daily basis, so the situation is perfect - this is the moment for them to act! How?
Through fun, having a common goal, getting to know each other more, and at the same time - thanks to our proprietary method of conducting workshops - learning how to act, which translates into everyday functioning in the company. It is during a creative integration game that we are able, through a workshop approach, to focus on the group and, through entertainment, teach new skills, highlight valuable resources that the team has, but also mention mistakes and how to learn from them.
