Natalia Kozanecka

Do you want to know the latest HR industry trends for 2024/2025? Or are you looking for direction for your team? Do you want to gain ready inspiration and practical tips to implement in your organization?

It's a great time to do it, because we've prepared a new publication aimed at HR professionals, leaders and anyone who wants to learn about trends in the labor market in the coming years.

What is the proposed publication? It's a collection of the most important HR/People&Culture concepts and a marker of the direction in which they will evolve.

The publication is divided into 4 parts:

  1. CHALLENGES,
  2. NEEDS,
  3. NEW COMPETENCIES,
  4. FUTURE,

so that we guide you from the source - the challenges, through the expression of needs to solutions and possible future scenarios. This will ensure that you gain not only a view of the so-called big picture, but also easily explore the various

Chapters that interest you at the moment. You will also find 4 toolboxes in the publication. The tool cards will also allow you to do a quick mental workout to find new energy and move further into transformation.

The publication "HR ROAD MAP - Trends that set the direction" was created by Concordia Design experts together with people from leading organizations shaping the labor market. In the publication you will find contributions from, among others, employees and workers of Concordia Design: Barbara Malewska (HR Business Partner), Mateusz Komorowski (Head of Sales) or Sylwia Hull-Wosiek (Head of Consulting), who, among other things, prepared one of the toolboxes for you. In addition, the partners of the publication are companies such as IKEA, Youniversity, dmTECH, zrzutka.pl or the Center for Research and Development of Modern Technologies.
