How does it work?
CONDUCT OF THE SURVEY

- Concordia Design trainers provide instructions showing how to prepare for the survey, 

- team_ leader communicates the invitation and basic information about the study to her team,

- Each person on the team receives an email with an individual link to the survey.

WORKSHOP MEETING

Meeting of the team and leader_women with Concordia Design trainers. 

During the workshop:

- Everyone gets to know their individual score and the score of the whole team, 

- deepen our knowledge of particular styles of thinking and acting,

- we create individual "instruction manuals" for each member_of the team.

After the workshop, the team receives a report with individual operating instructions 

And recommendations for teamwork.

Frequently asked questions

Is FRIS a personality analysis?

The FRIS® Thinking Style and FRIS® Action Style are not personality descriptions. They are used to describe differences in ways of thinking, reacting, making decisions and solving problems. It can be said with a high degree of accuracy that they are an important factor that influences the development of personality or is a component of it.

Can the test result be good or bad?

No. The FRIS® score is not used to distinguish between normal behavior and abnormal behavior. Similarly, it is not possible to have a better or worse thinking style - they are simply different. However, it is important to remember that circumstances, conditions and requirements can make a particular style of thinking and acting more desirable and suited to the situation. This is precisely the basis for using FRIS® analysis in recruitment, selection and employee development processes in organizations.

How do you get started using FRIS?

Call or write to us. If you are interested_in the study, we will provide you with a link to the study and our experienced, certified FRIS® experts will consult the result individually or conduct a team workshop, depending on the option you choose.

Is the FRIS survey psychometrically reliable?

We created FRIS® in accordance with the knowledge and requirements for psychometric tools, and confirmed its relevance and reliability with appropriate statistical analyses. A specialist psychologist-psychometrician participated in the entire process of creating the tool.
