How do we work? Learn about the stages of the service / product design process.

EMPATISING

Let's get started! In the first step, we get to know your business and the market in which you operate. We identify customer problems and needs, talk to all stakeholders of the service: users, investors, employees or suppliers. It's a time of research, surveys, observations. All this is done to best understand the problem area and define the purpose of the project.

 

Activities and tools offered in this module: user research, context analysis (trends), user experience mapping, user personae, iterative design process.

PROBLEM DEFINITION

It's time to draw conclusions! Based on the collected interviews and observations, we define the goals and KPIs of the project. At this stage, we already have very clearly defined the expectations of the audience and the sources of existing problems. Our project challenge is clearly defined. 

 

Activities and tools offered in this module: 

Setting SMART goals, mapping and defining problems, HMW method, defining and verifying KPIs, workshop work with stakeholders.    

IDEA GENERATION

Now is the time to look for solutions. We combine diverse competencies and perspectives to generate as many ideas and concepts as possible. Then, maintaining the evaluation criteria defined in the earlier stages, we select solutions that are a real answer to customer and market needs, and that can be implemented smoothly. 

 

Activities and tools offered in this module: session brainstorming, creative techniques, benchmarking analysis, trend analysis, team workshops.

BUILDING PROTOTYPES

We move on to testing the selected solutions. We create prototypes and then study the user experience, catching elements and areas that should be improved and enhanced. We verify that the proposed answers to the design challenges actually achieve the intended goals. 

 

Activities and tools offered in this module:interactive prototyping (at different maturity levels), usability testing, stakeholder consultation, heatmapping

EVALUATION

We stop to objectively evaluate the prepared solutions. We look at the effects of the changes the designed service has caused in the audience. We check how it implements the company's strategies and goals, as well as the needs of the market. We build awareness around the new solutions and make business decisions about the future direction of development.

 

Activities and tools offered in this module: session-based user testing, stakeholder meetings, reporting and presentations.
